Where are you from?

I grew up in Southington, but I’ve lived in Simsbury for quite some time!

How Long You’ve Been Part of the Doro Family?

I started in January 2026.

Tell us a little bit about your catering story?

Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked across many facets of the events world, beginning my career as an event manager at a country club before eventually owning and running my own event planning business and then working in corporate events for a large medical company. Those experiences led me to catering, and after 4 years with another high-end catering company, I was excited to join DORO, drawn to its chef-driven approach and commitment to truly delicious, thoughtfully prepared food. What I love most about catering is how food sets the tone for connection—turning gatherings into moments people remember long after the last bite.

Your Favorite Part of Catering & Events:

What lights me up most is the connection — getting to know clients, understanding what matters to them, and bringing it all together through food and celebration. I love both the energy of big events and the intimacy of smaller gatherings, where every detail feels intentional. Seeing people truly enjoy the experience is what makes it all worth it.
